In doing so, we want to offer a personal atmosphere in which you feel at ease and which ensures a pleasant customer experience.

Where do you deliver to?

We work with our shipping partners to deliver worldwide. Please note that shipping costs may be charged depending on the shipping destination.

Is there a discount for professionals? Retailers, tea rooms, cafes, etc.

Yes, we do offer a discount for professional customers. Are you a retailer yourself? Then contact us via our contact form, e-mail or telephone for more information.

How can I pay?

You can pay via iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal or regular bank transfer.

What are the shipping charges?

The shipping charges depend on the shipping destination. However, shipping is free within the Benelux for orders above €50.

I just placed an order, what will happen next?

If you paid via iDEAL, Bancontact or Paypal you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your personal order number (which also serves as a payment reference), the payment details and the tracking information (if applicable) for your package. /// If you paid by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice by e-mail containing your personal order number (which also serves as a payment reference), the payment details and the amount to be paid. As soon as we have received your payment, we will ship your order and you will receive a confirmation and the tracking information (if applicable) of your package by e-mail.

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

After you have placed your order, you receive an invoice which also serves as a confirmation of a successful order. You can expect your order to be processed within 24 hours on a business day. If you have not received an e-mail, please contact us after checking that our e-mail confirmation has not been dropped into your junk mail folder.

What happens to my personal data?

Your personal data will only be used to ship your order and to keep you updated on shipping and payment information. Your details will not be sold or released. If you have signed up for our newsletter, you will also receive information about news and upcoming promotions.

Can I withdraw my order?

Yes. You may dissolve the contract, without specifying the reason, during a period of fourteen days. This period begins when the order has been delivered. Therefore, please contact us to inform us about your decision to excerise your right of withdrawal. Please return the goods to us unused and in their original packaging. This must happen at the latest 14 working days after informing us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. No refunds will be made as long as the products are not returned to us unopened and unused. We will send you a confirm receipt as soon as we have received the returned products and refund you in case you already paid.
